Refund Policy & Cancellations
First-Time Purchase Guarantee
- If this is your first Leads4Leads membership (Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual), you have 14 days from signup to request a full refund.
- After day 14, all fees are non-refundable. No partial-term refunds or credits.
Renewals
- After the first-purchase 14-day window, renewals are non-refundable.
- Cancellations take effect at the next renewal date (no mid-term proration).
Plan-specific cancellations
- Monthly: cancel anytime with 30-day notice (no partial-month refunds).
- 6-Month & Annual: cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the current term, and the plan will not renew.
Setup fee
- The one-time $99 setup for new members is non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee window.
- Waived on Annual.
Pause option (for life-happens moments)
- 6-Month/Annual members may request one pause up to 60 days per year for medical/major life events. Pauses don’t extend the initial 14-day refund window.
How the Annual Perks Work
Priority profile boost
A light visibility bump in directory/search so the right people find you faster (relevance still rules).
Guest passes (2 per year)
Each pass lets a colleague try Leads4Leads for 14 days with limited features.
If your guest becomes a paid member and stays past their 14-day window, you earn a thank-you credit (non-cash, applied to future dues).
Concierge matching call (1×/year)
A 30-minute Zoom/phone session: we refine your profile and “ideal lead,” then set up 2–3 curated introductions to kick-start results. One reschedule allowed for no-shows.
Billing & Payments
- All plans auto-renew until cancelled.
- If a payment fails, we’ll retry over ~10 days; accounts may be suspended if not resolved and cancelled thereafter.
- Update your payment method anytime via your billing portal link in emails.
